Ready Made Items: Contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unsued and returned in their original condition within 30 days. You pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Custome and Personalized orders: custome and personalized items are final sale and connot be returned or exchanged. Please check all names, dates, spelling and design details before approving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or containes and error, contact me within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and Packaging. I will offer a replacement or refund.
Handmade Variations: Each Etched by Fire peice is burned by hand. Natural wood grain, knots, live edges, color differences, and small design variations are normal and are not defects.
Cancellations-: Ready made orders can be cancled before shipping. Custom orders can be cancelled only before design or production begins.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after Io recieve and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
